About Boundless Tenacity
When I founded Boundless Tenacity back in 2014, I did it with people like yours in mind. Since 1999, I’ve been designing and facilitating learning opportunities for intact teams. I started with teams of which I was a part. But other leaders started reaching out to me to bring a strengths-based approach to their teams, as well.
I began working with amazing organizations who had great vision but just weren’t performing as well as they could despite all of the talented people at their fingertips. They needed outcomes-driven employee development because they knew they were sitting on loads of untapped talent. So I created a one-stop-shop for solutions that prioritize people and unearth opportunity.
Boundless Tenacity’s mission is simple and unending: We focus on developing your talent.
I speak from experience;. For over 20 years, I’ve led and developed teams in higher education through ambiguity and organizational change, and I have more than 10 years of performance management leadership.
I hold a Master of Education with a focus on College Student Personnel and a Bachelor’s degree in English. I’ve held a wide range of roles at campuses across the country including Boston College, Ohio University, Pepperdine, Cal State Northridge (CSUN), and Los Angeles Pierce College.
